Terms & licence
Last updated: 4 November 2026
The short version. Buy once, use the pack yourself for personal or commercial work, and keep every video you make. Don't resell, share or publish the pack files. Updates are free. Because you keep the files forever, all sales are final.
1. Who we are
SizedUnderstood ("we", "us") is a trading name of Hasandeep Singh, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
Address: Apollo Road, Birmingham, B68 9RT, United Kingdom
Email: support@sizedunderstood.com
These terms cover the SizedUnderstood Explainer Pack for Claude Code (the "Pack"): the files you download, including skills, commands, scene modules, templates, guides, palettes and example projects, and any updates we release.
2. Buying the Pack
Our online store is run by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy sells the Pack to you, takes your payment, handles sales tax or VAT and issues your receipt. Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms also apply to the payment. We grant the licence to use the Pack, set out below.
Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include VAT or sales tax. Any tax that applies where you live is added at checkout, and the full total is shown before you pay. There are no other fees. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider may charge a conversion fee. Once payment is confirmed, you get immediate access to download the Pack.
Immediate access and your right to cancel. Before you buy, we ask you to confirm that you want the download straight away and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once you've downloaded it. This is because the Pack is digital content you keep a copy of. Your order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy confirms your purchase and that you agreed to immediate access.
3. Your licence
When you buy the Pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence for one person to install and use the Pack on devices they own or control, subject to these terms.
You may
- Use the Pack for personal and commercial projects.
- Make unlimited videos with it and use them however you like: post, monetise, use in advertising, or create them for paying clients.
- Change, customise and extend the Pack for your own use, including adding your own branding, scenes and palettes.
- Keep backup copies for yourself.
You may not
- Resell, share, give away, lend, rent or sublicense the Pack or any part of it, whether changed or not.
- Upload the Pack files to a public place, such as a public GitHub repository, file-sharing site, forum, marketplace or shared drive.
- Share your licence or download link with others, or let more than one person use one licence. Teams need one licence per person. Email business@sizedunderstood.com for multiple licences.
- Use the Pack, or anything derived from its files, to build and sell a competing pack, template, course or tool.
- Remove copyright or licence notices from the files.
The videos you make
You own the videos, scripts and other output you create with the Pack. You don't need to credit us (though we'd love it if you did). You are responsible for what your videos say and for having the rights to any material you add, such as photos, music, logos and voices.
4. Third-party tools and services
The Pack runs on tools we don't own or control. You need your own access to them and must follow their terms, including:
- Claude Code, which needs a Claude plan or an Anthropic API key. Usage costs are between you and Anthropic.
- Remotion, which renders the videos. It is free for individuals and small companies, but some companies need a paid Remotion company licence. Check Remotion's licence for your situation.
- Optional services such as ElevenLabs for voiceover, which bill you directly.
- Open-source packages installed during setup, which stay under their own licences.
We can't guarantee that third-party tools will keep working the same way. If a change breaks the Pack, we'll try to release a fix in an update.
5. Updates and support
Your purchase includes all future updates to the Pack for as long as we sell it, at no extra cost. We'll email you when a new version is out. We also offer email support at support@sizedunderstood.com and usually reply within 24 hours.
If we ever stop selling the Pack, you can keep using the version you have.
6. No refunds
Because the Pack is a digital download that you keep a copy of forever, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind, not using the Pack, or buying it by mistake. Please check the requirements before you buy and email us if you're unsure.
If the Pack is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll fix it. Your statutory rights in section 7 still apply. See our refund policy. If a refund is ever given, your licence ends and you must delete your copies of the Pack.
7. Your legal rights
If you buy as a consumer in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if we can't fix it, to some or all of your money back. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
8. Complaints
If you're unhappy with the Pack or with our service, email support@sizedunderstood.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we can't agree, you can get free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service (citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer).
9. What we're responsible for
We provide the Pack as described on our website. Apart from your statutory rights, we don't promise that the Pack will be error-free, that it will run on every machine, or that videos made with it will reach any number of views or earn any money.
We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profit or revenue) when you use the Pack for commercial purposes, or for costs you run up with third-party services. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the Pack.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the licence
If you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling the Pack, we may end your licence by emailing you. You must then stop using and delete the Pack. The videos you've already made remain yours.
11. Trademarks and independence
SizedUnderstood is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Other names mentioned belong to their owners.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features. The version that applied when you bought the Pack continues to govern your purchase, unless a change is required by law or only benefits you.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of the UK nation where you live, and if you live in another country you keep any protections the law of that country gives you.
