Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
The short version. We collect only what we need to sell you the Pack, deliver it and support you. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, so we never see your full card details. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible for your data
SizedUnderstood is run by Hasandeep Singh, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

2. What we collect and why
| Data | Why we use it | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Order details passed to us by Lemon Squeezy: your name, email address, country, what you bought, price, date and order number | To deliver the Pack, send updates you're entitled to, process refunds and keep business records | Contract; legal obligation (tax and accounting records) |
| Support and business emails: your name, email address, company (if any) and whatever you choose to tell us | To answer your questions, fix problems and reply to licensing, sponsorship and partnership enquiries | Contract; legitimate interests (helping customers) |
| Product update emails | To tell customers about new versions and important fixes to the Pack they bought | Legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time |
| Marketing emails (only if you opt in) | To tell you about new products | Consent. You can withdraw it at any time |
We don't ask for, and don't want, sensitive information such as health data. The Pack itself runs on your own computer and does not send us your files, videos or usage data.
3. Payments: Lemon Squeezy
Checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details, billing address and the information it needs for tax, fraud prevention and compliance, and processes them under its own privacy policy as an independent controller. We never receive or store your full card number.
Read Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
4. This website
This website doesn't set its own cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. A few services load when you visit:
- GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) hosts the site. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page and may keep them in logs for security.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) serves the typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Lemon Squeezy loads a small script for the checkout. When you open checkout, Lemon Squeezy may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process your order securely.
- The demo and results videos are hosted on this site, not embedded from social networks. Links to our Instagram, YouTube and TikTok pages take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Our basis for these is legitimate interests: running a secure, working website and checkout. Because we only use strictly necessary storage, we don't show a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll ask for your consent first.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Lemon Squeezy (store, payments, file delivery)
- Our email provider, to send and receive email
- Our website host and font provider, as described above
- Professional advisers, HMRC or other authorities when the law requires it
We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK–US Data Bridge or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your data stays protected.
7. How long we keep it
- Order records: six years after the end of the tax year of the purchase, as required for UK tax purposes.
- Support and business emails: up to two years after our last conversation, unless they form part of an order record.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct data that's wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data, where we don't need to keep it by law
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, or object to it
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To use any of these rights, email support@sizedunderstood.com. We'll reply within one month. It's free. If you're unhappy with our reply, see section 9.
9. Complaints
You have the right to complain to us about how we use your personal data. Email support@sizedunderstood.com with "Data complaint" in the subject line, or write to the postal address in section 1. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it properly and tell you the outcome without undue delay.
If you're not happy with our answer, or at any time, you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
10. Children
The Pack and this website are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Security
We protect your data with strong passwords, two-factor authentication on our accounts and by keeping only what we need. Payment data is handled by Lemon Squeezy and never touches our systems.
12. Changes
We'll update this policy if our practices change and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell customers by email.
