Refund policy

All sales are final.
The Pack is a digital download. Once you have it, you keep a copy forever, so we can't take it back and we don't offer refunds. Please check the requirements and ask us anything before you buy.
Why we don't offer refunds
Unlike a physical product, a downloaded file can't be returned. After download you have the full Pack for good, so a refund would mean giving the product away. That's why every sale is final, including for change of mind, not using the Pack, or buying by mistake.
Your right to cancel
Online purchases in the UK usually come with a 14-day right to cancel. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, provided you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged losing the right. Before checkout, we ask you to tick a box confirming both, and your order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy confirms it.

If something doesn't work
Email support@sizedunderstood.com with your order number and what's going wrong. We'll help you get it running, usually within 24 hours, and ship fixes in free updates.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If the Pack is faulty, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if we can't fix it within a reasonable time, to some or all of your money back.
Duplicate or unauthorised payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, or a payment was made without your permission, email us and we'll put it right through Lemon Squeezy.
