How do I get the files after I pay?
As soon as your payment goes through, Lemon Squeezy shows a download button and emails you a receipt with your download link. You can download again from that email or from your Lemon Squeezy order page at any time.
Can I get a refund?
No. The pack is a digital download that you keep forever, so all sales are final. Please check the requirements before buying, and email support@sizedunderstood.com if you're unsure whether it will work for you.
If something doesn't work after you buy, we'll help you fix it. Your legal rights for faulty digital content aren't affected. See the refund policy.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Every future update is free. When a new version is out, we email you and your existing download link gives you the latest files. Updates keep the reels and assets you've already made.
Can I use the reels commercially?
Yes. The videos you make are yours: post them, monetise them, use them in ads or make them for clients. What you can't do is resell or share the pack files themselves. The terms and licence spell it out.
Can I share the pack with my team?
Each licence is for one person. If teammates will use the pack too, email business@sizedunderstood.com for multiple licences and team pricing.
Do you do sponsorships or affiliate partnerships?
Yes. For sponsored explainers on the SizedUnderstood channels, affiliate partnerships, multiple licences or anything else business-related, email business@sizedunderstood.com.
Do I need to know Remotion, Three.js or how to code?
No. Claude Code does the building. Knowing a little helps if you want to customise scenes by hand, but you can make full reels just by talking to Claude Code.
Are there other costs?
You need your own Claude Code access (a Claude Pro or Max plan, or an Anthropic API key). ElevenLabs, for the AI voice, music and sound effects, is billed by them; you can record your own voice instead. Remotion, which renders the videos, is free for individuals and small companies; larger companies need a Remotion company licence.
Does it work with Codex, Cursor or other agents?
The pack is built and tested for Claude Code. Other agents may run parts of it, but we only support Claude Code.
I lost my download link. What now?
Email support@sizedunderstood.com from the address you bought with, and we'll send it again.
Is this made by Anthropic?
No. SizedUnderstood is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic.
